Ingredients
- 100g chickpeas(cooked)
- 45g peas
- 1 tbsp Funktional Foods Lean Green SuperBlend
- 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1tbsp hemp seeds
- A pinch of salt
Method
- Add everything to a blender until to reach a smooth hummus consistency.
