- 1 Banana
- 1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds + 2.5 tbsp water)
- 3 tbsp ground almonds
- 2 tbsp Funktional Foods Hemp Protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Dash of almond milk
Blitz all the ingredients in a blender and spoon the mixture onto a warm oiled pan and cook on each side until golden brown
Drizzle with agave syrup and peanut butter (you can use any nut butter), and top with blueberries and walnuts.
