  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1/2 an apple (chopped up)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • ½ tsp spirulina
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass


  • Add all ingredients to a blender starting with the liquid first. 
  • Blend until all ingredients are combined.
  • Adjust liquid amount depending on your desirable thickness.
