The king of juices – high in calcium, vitamin A, and fibre. A perfect pick-me-up between meals.
Ingredients
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1 cucumber
- Half an apple
- Squeeze of lemon
- 1tsp Funktional Foods Wheatgrass powder
- 120ml water
Method
- Add spinach, cucumber and apple to a juicer
- Once juiced, add lemon juice, water and wheatgrass powder
- Stir until combined
- If you don’t have a juicer, add all ingredients to a blender strain through a seive
