Fruity Wheatgrass Juice

The king of juices – high in calcium, vitamin A, and fibre. A perfect pick-me-up between meals.


  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • Half an apple
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • 1tsp Funktional Foods Wheatgrass powder
  • 120ml water


  • Add spinach, cucumber and apple to a juicer
  • Once juiced, add lemon juice, water and wheatgrass powder
  • Stir until combined
  • If you don’t have a juicer, add all ingredients to a blender strain through a seive
