So simple, so delicious, so Funktional - just the way we like it. All credits to @eatwellwithgabs for this fudgey superfood chocolate cake that can be whipped up in seconds.
- 20g wholewheat flour (any other flour would work!)
- 8g Funktional Foods Cacao Powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 50ml almond milk
- 25ml syrup (maple, agave etc)
- 10g Funktional Foods Chocolate Protein Powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp toffee spread or nut butter for the centre
All you do is mix all the ingredients together in a ramekin, put the spread in the middle and microwave for 1 min 40 seconds at 600W - ENJOY!
