Strawberry Chocolate Baked Oats

Getting bored of porridge for breakfast? Get the same brilliant benefits from oats but blend and bake them! They have a fluffy, cakey texture and rich gooey inside.

Baked oats can be packed with all sorts of goodness, this recipe created by the wonderful @eatwellwithgabs uses our chocolate protein blend, cacao powder, rich peanut butter and deliciously fresh strawberries. 


  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp Cacao
  • 1/4 cup Funktional Foods Chocolate Protein Blend
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/3 cup strawberries


  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees and mash 1/2 banana in a bowl.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and pour into oven proof ramekin.
  • Top with extra banana and strawberries (or chocolate chips) and bake for around 15-20 mins.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle some nut butter and enjoy!
