Yet another absolute masterpiece from @eatwellwithgabs ! Trade in your regular bowl of porridge for these deliciously moist baked oats with fresh blueberries and zesty lemon.. oh yeah and protein for a side of gains.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 banana (mashed)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp Funktional Foods Protein Vanilla Protein Blend
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- Optional Toppings: coconut yoghurt, extra blueberries, hemp seeds
Method
- Mix all your ingredeints together in a large bowl and pour into a oven proof ramekin and bake for 20-25 mins at 180 (fan)
- Top with yoghurt, extra blueberries and hemp seeds
