@lost.inreality has created these outrageously tasty protein bites, a perfect way to get your protein fix in between meals - have them on-the-go, after a workout, or whilst your working. Made with clean, plant-based ingredients they taste incredible and are super easy to whip up!
Ingredients
- 50g dates
- 60g dried berries(cherries)
- 60g Funktional Foods Berry protein
- 3tbsp water
- Dark vegan chocolate (optional)
- Vegan smarties (optional)
Method
- Add the protein powder, dates and berries to a blender and blitz into a powder
- One tbsp at a time add the water and blend in between, once you’ve reached 3tbsp if your mix hasn’t come together as a ball or is still dry/crumbly add more water 1tsp at a time until you get a dough you can easily shape
- Shape your bites, eather roll into balls or with a mold/cutter
- Melt the chocolate and drizzle over the bites, top each with a vegan smartie!
