The beauty of a Cacao Maca latte is that you can have it at any time of the day – naturally activate your mind to wake up in the morning, energise yourself through that mid-afternoon slump, or have it before bed to drift off into a restful night of sleep.

Both maca and cacao contain nutrients that give you a slow and steady release of energy that is not associated with a spike like caffeine. Yet, they also contain relaxing nutrients such as magnesium and tryptophan that promote calmness in the body and mind.



  • 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 2 tsp Maca Powder
  • 250ml plant-based milk
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup


  • Heat your plant-based milk in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
  • Pour the milk into a blender jug and add your cacao, maca, and maple syrup.
  • Blend for 30 seconds than pour into a microwaveable mug.
  • Heat on full power for 45-60 seconds.
  • We also added some mini vegan marshmallows because why wouldnt you?!
