Cacao nicecream is one of our favourite desserts. It provides the same irresistible taste and creaminess of regular ice cream without the dairy or crazy levels of refined sugar! 

Thanks to cacao powder, this dessert is buzzing with antioxidant activity and packed with a diverse range of minerals. With just 4 simple ingredients, the incredible flavour of Cacao shines through giving you the REAL taste of chocolate. 

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 2 1/2 tbsp Funktional Foods Cacao Powder
  • 80ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

Add all ingredients to a blender and give them a good whizz until smooth and thick

Serve immediately or transfer to a loaf tin lined with parchment paper for 1-2 hours. 

Enjoy a spectacularly healthy and delicious dessert!
