This might just become your go-to post workout smoothie! Featuring the superstar that is hemp protein, this smoothie is packed with protein, magnesium, and iron for lean muscles and strong bones. But it gets better – as an everyday supplement, hemp protein will build up your immunity and promote healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

Maca powder even makes an appearance in this super shake, adding a boost of energising vitamins and minerals. 


  • 2 tbsp hemp protein powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tsp agave or maple syrup


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and whizz about until combined and smooth
  • Alternatively, if you don't have a blender at hand:
    • Leave out the banana  
    • Add a handful of ice 
    • Shake up vigorously in a shaker bottle
