  • 150g mixed frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • 200ml milk of choice
  • 30g Funktional Foods Berry Protein Blend

Method

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and whizz until smooth
  • Add extra milk or berries to achieve desired texture
