Layered Breakfast Berry Pot

This breakfast is an absolute beauty! So many layers of goodness: protein chia pudding, berry smoothie, granola & topped with fresh fruit.

  • 1 Tbsp Funktional Foods Berry Protein Blend
  • 250ml coconut milk
  • 50g chia seeds
  • 1 frozen ripe banana
  • Handful frozen blueberries
  • Handful frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Agave syrup (or a sweetener of preference)
  • 20g of your favourite granola


  • Mix together Funktional Foods Berry Protein Blend, coconut milk and chia seeds in a large glass/jar to create the protein packed chia pudding layer of your breakfast pot.
  • Leave in your fridge overnight or for up to 4 hours
  • Once your chia pudding has set, in a blender, add your frozen banana, blueberries, raspberries and sweetener of choice to create your berry smoothie layer.
  • Pour your smoothie on top of the chia pudding. 
  • For the final layer, and to complete the masterpiece, add your favouite granola - I even opted for a berry granola and fresh berries on top (lol, am I overdoing it? 🤷🏽‍♀️😆)
