Say hello to these energy-boosting Maca Bites, supercharged with healthy wholesome ingredients and of course, SUPERFOODS! These balls contain both Maca and Wheatgrass, two superfoods known to give you energy and fight fatigue. A perfect snack for when you're on the go, at the park, at the beach, on the road, or wherever funky people like to spend their time!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup crunchy nut butter
- 1/4 cup dried coconut
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 4 dates chopped
- 1 Tbsp Funktional Foods Maca Powder
- 1 Tbsp Funktional Foods Wheatgrass Powder
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1/4 tsp salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well incorporated. Add more or less maple syrup and salt depending on your preference. Take 1 tbsp at a time and shape into small balls. Store in the fridge or eat immediately.
