Gains for dessert anyone? Try out this protein-rich pistachio ice cream with a delicious hint of matcha by @veganspirationz!
- 10g Pistachios
- 60g frozen banana
- 125ml coconut milk or any other plant based milk
- 1 cup ice
- 20g Funktional Foods Vanilla Protein
- 1 tsp xantham powder
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 5g Pistachio for topping
- Blend banana, ice, milk, protein, pistachios and matcha/ xantham powder until you get a very thick ice cream consistency.
- Roughly chop remaining pistachios and crumble on top, enjoy!
