This raspberry overnight oat recipe uses wholesome, everyday ingredients and is much easier to make than you might think!

Simply prepare your high-protein overnight oats the night before and add a superfood mixture of creamy plant-based yoghurt and energising wheatgrass on top in the morning! Created by our ambassador @fitnessfoodjojo, this recipe is incredibly delicious and the perfect way to kickstart your day.


  • Raspberry overnight oats:
  • 40g rolled oats
  • 20g Funktional Foods Protein Berry Blend
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 200ml oat milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Handful of fresh raspberries
  • Creamy Yoghurt Topping:
  • 4 tbsp vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tsp matcha powder or Funktional Foods Wheatgrass Powder


  • Mix raspberry overnight oats ingredients together and leave overnight in fridge ready for the next day. 
  • The next day add matcha/wheatgrass powder to your yoghurt, give a stir and pour on top of the set overnight oats.
  • Top with whatever you fancy - more raspberries, flax seeds, nuts or granola!
