Strawberry Buzz Protein Porridge

This is a go-to breakfast for when you're short on time but still looking for a nutrient-packed start to the day! Featuring our brand new Strawberry Protein Blend, with a super smooth texture and natural strawberry flavour. 

Honestly, breakfast is just not complete without a serving of protein because why not? It adds flavour and sweetness, great texture, and supports your muscle and bone health. 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Organic Rolled Oats 
  • ½ cup plant-based milk
  • ½ cup Water
  • 20g Funktional Foods Strawberry Protein Blend
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon 
  • Pinch or salt 
  • 3-4 Strawberries (chopped into small pieces)

Method

  • Place all the ingredients (except the strawberries) in a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil while whisking. 
  • Turn the temperature down and cook on a low heat for 5mins. 
  • Add the chopped strawberries and cook for another minute. 
  • Top with a dash of milk, drizzle of honey & a sprinkle of Chia seeds. Serve immediately.
