Vegan Cheesecake Protein Bites

Craving a mid-day protein hit? These cheesecake protein bites are an ideal snack between meals to keep that protein flowing and the gains coming.


  • 90g vegan cream cheese
  • 35g medjool dates - or soaked dried dates (adjust amount to get your preferred sweetness!)
  • 1tsp matcha
  • 55g funktional vanilla protein powder
  • 15g melted coconut oil
  • 20g dark chocolate
  • 10g goji berries


•To a blender add your dates(if soaked drain the water off) and your protein powder and blitz to a fine powder.
•Mix together the date protein mix, cream cheese, coconut oil and matcha.
•Roll into bite sized balls and set aside in the fridge, while you melt your chocolate!
•Remove from the fridge and drizzle the chocolate over and sprinkle with your goji berries!
-store in the fridge in an air tight container!
